this is just totally crap if it is true, you're right, - why allow disadvantaged people the opportunity to use computers without having to pay thousands of gold coins into the pockets of already rich corporations? No, no, everything has to be paid for and taxed.....

now open source software is big, i get the feeling most Governments will turn against it and back the M$ crap just b/c they can't tax free.
