Recently, when for the first time I felt the need to use a graphical program over ssh on my N900, I noticed that while X11-forwarding certainly forwards the graphics, keyboard input does not appear to work. Instead, keyboard input seems to be sent to either the terminal I used to initiate the ssh-session, or not at all (no hint of any running program getting it, whether local or remote).

I've searched around various parts of the web and tried some stuff on my own, but I've found nothing to fix the issue. So, any ideas? Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

I have also noticed that keyboard input is not received by X11 program... I tried to add to code from http://wiki.maemo.org/SimpleGL_example handling of "KeyPress" event and could not make it work... (handling MotionNotify is working good, I can not manage to get keyboard working...) I tried even skipping the key recognition and doing something on any key, but it looks like the program does not even get any KeyPress event... so it may not be problem with X11 forwarding, but with X11 on N900 itself
