So the other day I noticed my Micro-usb port wouldn't charge the phone unless I wiggled the usb and put weight on it, and it has no response from the wall charger. As I was getting ready to send it in for repair I tried to uninstall the overclock kernel. This has my phone stuck in a reboot loop with the nokia logo. Should I just send the phone to nokia the way it is, to avoid the risk of bricking the device due to a faulty usb or try to reflash it so I can keep my warranty?

Send it in. My screen failed and I sent mine in "as-is" with overclocked default profile and power kernel. They fixed the screen, totally reflashed the phone to factory stock and sent it back. I suspect that anything having to do with non-kernel failures they are turning a blind eye toward.
