First let me say i dearly love my N800. However my eyes cannot take the 4.1 screen any longer. So i needed a new internet device with a bigger screen. After much research i decided to buy the Pandigital Novel. Although its purpose in life is as an ereader, many developers have turned it in a legit tablet. Running android 2.0 this tablet is a bargain. It does the 3 things i really need it to do,browsing, youtube, and video. All for $130 at Kohls. The biggest thing for me that it doesn,t have is a mic for skype use. Sure its not running Linux but android has 1000's more free apps. The myriad of hacked fm have turned this reader into a jewel. Give it a try..i think you will like it.

Android is Linux, but its apps are written in Java to make them portable across various processors.
