You need to be root to be able to save the file. Check "root access" option from Filebox and then do it again (I suggest to install leafpad and set filebox to use that as editor).

Thanks for the help, all fixed now. the scrolling is a bit slower but I get to use whatever background I want, so I guess its a good trade off.

edit: actually you're right isn't there another way to make readability better?

for some reason after the last two updates sent out, i am having sound issues. i have to open the setting,s for black plastic, and save changes and auto reboot for it to fix the error.

it just suddenly does not have any sound for in or out calling or music.

Will there be a Neon addition to the theme pack ?

Or better still a new addon pack full of Neon colour themes.

Also is there a way that there could be a random theme ( from the addon packs ) when the phone is rebooted ?

So that if you fancy a change, just reboot the phone and it selects randomly one of the other themes ( as they are all so good )

also D-livil would you happen to have any Helloween themed wall papers ?

Open up /usr/share/themes/blackplastictheme-themedir/transitions.tmp

Find this:

radius=8
radius_more=0
saturation=1
brightness=1.8
zoom=1.4
zoom_applets=075
Change the line "radius_more=0" to what you want to get the blurring effect, try 3-8.
You can then adjust the brightnes of the background by changing the "brightness=1.8" value to what you want. 0.0 means completely black.

Once you've done with editing, save the file and run Plastic Theme Setup once.

@ D-livil hey dude any updates with Black Plastic Theme with Qt 4.7 and i request you to update more icons in Pleego icon pack many icons are missing like calculator, backup, pdf, notes, sketch, file manager and i request you to change maps icon or to make its edges look like other icons it looks different from those icons
anyways thanks for such wonderful theme and icon packs.

Well, you should help him with the icons. It takes some time you know, but if we are working together it will be smother.
