Why can't someone with the copy make a torrent and share it?
I think everyone with a N900 will need flash 10.1 soon..
TweakFlash will not work forever. Does it work with PR1.3 anyways?

Sorry for my "english"

Because Flash player is copyrighted software that is not legal to redistribute. The people who got 10.1 from TI got it by agreeing to a specific license that they wish to respect, so they won't break copyright law or the agreement they made.

in addition I bet that there were less than 20 people who got the flash player 10 by the amount of time after reaction to close down sharing the player. So the world will get really small for the leaker if someone decides to leak it.

Nokia has no guts.

The least they could do is publically say "yes, a working version of 10.1 is available, but it's too expensive (or whatever) so we won't be making it available to N900 owners."

This lack of forthrightness is why the N900 is my last Nokia device (I bought six of them).
