What you can download from the repos, is the TweakFlash application, that can mask your flash version to the webs, so you can your flash 9 player on sites that dumb check for flash 10, like facebook

That's a good idea. Prod them with a threat to sue if they don't port and release and update because Flash is integral to proper web use and it's obviously bad for us to have vulnerabilities (though we run an odd Linux distro - is there any reason to believe this vulnerability is being exploited in a way that targets Linux/Unix-like OSs, as opposed to Windows)?

I doubt the threat would get anywhere. If you wanted to get law involved, a better way would be if Nokia advertises Flash support (if they don't mention Flash 9 specifically) then in regions like the EU they may get in trouble due to their strong pro-consumer laws.
