Are you using a Windows 64-bit machine to flash your device?

  1. go to http://www.ubuntu.com
  2. download Ubuntu 10.04 or 10.10
  3. burn image to CD (or create a bootable USB flash drive)
  4. reboot your PC
  5. try the commands from the LiveCD (no need to install!)

on ubuntu u flash via terminal
u need to download flasher 3.5 for ubuntu from tablet-dev
u must be logged in as admin
type
sudo <flasher 3.5> -F <RX-51_2009SE_20.2010.36-2_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin> -f
sudo <flasher 3.5> -F RX-51_2009SE_10.2010.13-2.VANILLA_PR_EMMC_MR0_ARM.bin -f -R

instead of <flasher3.5> just drag n drop flasher3.5 in termnal after writing sudo same goes for the .bin file
connect n900 for flashing like u do in windows7
