Do RSS feeds use any of the internal storage space? If so... how can I free space up?

Yes, RSS feeds (cached images and text) are stored in a directory structure below /home/user/.osso_rss_feed_reader which is located in internal flash memory (when booting from internal flash, that is). If you delete a feed I would expect all related cached data to be deleted, however the RSS app is so buggy I'm not 100% certain if this will happen...
