Hello guys,

for some reason my phone started to act up so i thought if I flash it it will be back to normal. I did flash it and flash emmc and now the phone doesn't work
i turned it on but its giving me a background pic called MISSING IMAGE
i did first connect the device while holding U
then i wrote the command
flasher-3.5.exe -F RX-51_2009SE_2.2009.51-1_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin -f -R

that flash went ok then i thought why dont i flash the emmc so the whole thing will be fresh

then i used the command

flasher-3.5.exe -F RX-51_2009SE_10.2010.13-2.VANILLA_PR_EMMC_MR0_ARM.bin -f -R

I'm using windows vista and all images are downloaded to flasher folder

if youre flashing the emmc aswell you didnt have to include " -R " in the end

When flashing the eMMC content, always flash the FIASCO/Rootfs image and then flash the eMMC. Do not boot up the device between the two i.e do NOT use the -R parameter at the end!

Flash the rootfs again but remove the "-R" at the end.

Then flash E-mmc.

Don't such an old firmware with such a new EMMC image

you're using firmware from 2009 and an EMMC image from April 2010?
Why?

Use the most recent firmware 20.2010.36 and the most recent EMMC (10.2010.13)

First flash the OS (20.2010.36) DONT specify -R on the command line
Then without rebooting or touching the phone flash the EMMC (10.2010.13 VANILLA) and DO specify -R on the command line

*phew*
Old firmware does nasty things to N900s.. downgrading tends to upset stuff, so hearing you're using the new one is a good thing
