Can someone please create the possibility to make the LED blinking blue at incoming calls?

TIA

can you not do it yourself using the LED pattern customiser app found in the repos?

Actually while it's ringing?
I thought you meant change the standard flashing green for missed calls.

Yes, I want the LED blinking when the phone rings, not change existing patterns.

Don't mean to be useless but here I go: Why? On ring, even on silent, the whole screen lights, vibration vibrates (if on), kbd lights if visible, how would a blue LED help anything?

And, IMO your best bet is to use PhoneControl script (it has flash led <pattern> and call it from any program that does stuff on ring - espeakcaller, recaller, etc. Pick one in Python, it's easy to insert a line in there somewhere.

Actually, his best bet would be to inject a PatternRinging line into MCE that includes blue LED signaling and then use dbus-scripts to initiate it upon an incoming call.

Easy to do. Easy to learn to do. All the tools are at your disposal.
