I need to connect to a wireless AP which requires WPA2 EAP TLS connection authorized w/ a certificate.
I currently have this set up on my laptop, so I exported the cert and used the Certificate manager on N900 to import it and make it available for wireless. However, when I try to setup the connection no certificate is available in the "select certificate" drop down menu. What to do?

Mine is empty too but connecting does work. What is your EAP method?

What I did is:
Install cert
Setup connection without cert
Connect

I guess server certificates are used automatically and only user certificates need be setup. Also have you set the purpose of the certificate to wifi/server?

Yes. The certificate won't show up in the connection settings, but it works assuming you imported it and marked it for wi-fi use.

For MSCHAPv2: you need to include your domain after your username:
username@domain

First time I tried your suggestion I got an "Certificate invalid. Check settings for date and time". So, I did another export (.der) and tried again. This time I no longer get the "certificate invalid.." error, but instead I get "authentication failed. Try again?"

I tried to update the connection settings via the Advanced options and set username@domain manually. But it doesn't help.

Is there some log I can check to see more detailed error messages?
