Found a solution for me.
- Open terminal
- Check apt's cache size: du -sh /var/cache/apt/archives
- If there's anything at all in the cache, empty the cache as root: rm /var/cache/apt/archives/*.deb

Disable the Nokia System Software Updates catalogue in App Manager, exit, relaunch App Manager and re-enable the catalogue again.

make a backup of your data, try a reboot and then repeat the steps in my last post (#79).
if it still doesn't work, i guess you need to reflash as the fastest solution (w/o access to the phone i have no idea, what mighht be the issue).
