doesn't look good.
make a backup of your data, try a reboot and then repeat the steps in my last post (#79).

if it still doesn't work, i guess you need to reflash as the fastest solution (w/o access to the phone i have no idea, what mighht be the issue).

After I put du -sh /var/cache/apt/archives
It show
Du: /var/cache/apt/archives : no such file or directory

You're getting I/O errors on the rootfs, so you'll need to try reflashing. If that doesn't fix it, it's a hardware problem and you'll need to get it replaced.

Disable the Nokia System Software Updates catalogue in App Manager, exit, relaunch App Manager and re-enable the catalogue again.

Thanks, Rob1n. I tried that, even rebooted after each step, but it didn't work.
Log still says the same.
Do I have to be connected to Wi-Fi at the same time?

It'll need to be connected to the internet somehow in order to update the catalogue when you re-enable it, but it doesn't matter whether that's wifi or 3G. The only other thing I can suggest to check is whether you're out of disk space. What's the output from running "df -h / /home" in X Terminal?
