i was just trying to install skype again if it works and....
good news finally skype got installed in indian mobile, without globle or any firmware.yes from ovi store i think u also can do it!

skype is already there in contacts
u just have to go to setting-connectivity-VoIP and IM account
and add new account
if u dont have skype then just install Extra protocols plugin for gaim, yahoo, msn etc.
