Have an 800 on the way, I want to order a card. This seems like a good price. But this threw me: "Compatible with miniSDHC host devices; not compatible with standard miniSD-enabled devices/readers"

As long as you have the adapter to get it to sd size, most of the new cards will work with the 38-2 firmware. I am running 2 8 gb Kingstons and am having no issues now. I did have to reboot to get the n800 to see them but that may have been something i did.

Adapter? I thought that the n800 took mini SD cards.

The N800 takes full size SD cards. that was one of the things that made me pick the 800 over the 810.
