I was trying to find the word N9 Prototype on the Nokia serial sticker in these pictures, but all I could find was the word prototype.

This is stage 3 HW build. the production N9 will looks just like that, aside from slight tweaks.

What you mean by TI silicon? What is the name of the chip, how many mhz or ghz (clock speed) ? By April a LG dualcore phone will be on the market. Really hoping N9 will have similar chip ( Tegra 2 ) .

It's not. It's next-gen OMAP3. Go search and you'll find the exact SoC, clock speed and other bolt on components.
