Plenty of things:
  • Install Firefox
  • Use Canola (Mp3/ Media player)
  • Install Easy Debian (for OpenOffice)
  • Make a call with Skype
  • Use it to read PDFs (and ebooks)
  • Play games via emulators

Look around the site. There's plenty to do with it.

So then, what are you asking?
Therefore, what are you asking?
In that case, what are you asking?
Let me ask, what are you asking?
At this point, what are you asking?
Just curious, what are you asking?

The N810 is best suited for being a tool, not a toy. Once you've exhausted things you can try with it, then it is no longer useful. However, when you maximize the utility, it is a useful tool.

Installing the Diablo5 theme and Telescope add new life to the tablet. For browsing I recommend Opera Mobile. FBReader works great as an ebook reader. Gpodder + Panucci make it great for listening to podcasts.

Those are the main things I use it for.

Watch out. This person has likely done this already and is still looking for "more cool" things to do with their tablet.

Try installing OSM2GO, and start mapping for Openstreetmap around your locality. It's really cool to see your additions up on the internet for all to use.

Use Gpodder to discover new podcasts.

Install the shoutcast client (canot remember the name) and discover and listen to new internet radio stations.

It already looks like you are using the N810 close to it's max though.
As Hordeman says it is a tool, not an end in it's self.

A little , though for me the big thing is having it usable and useful. I found these to be the most useful things I've come across.

But yes, Diablo5 especially is quite a change. It seems stable, but be warned that it's still a little rough. Telescope has come a long way and seems very stable.

I would recommend MediaBox Media Center over Canola2.

Canola2 development seems to have been stalled for quite some tie now, whereas MB is still being actively updated for the N8X0 series.

Oh, And welcome to the Forum!
