I played with the values and this is what i got

* Hue shift (and some artifacts) where blur happens

* Windows in the switcher blow up upside down

* Way too much "blur" on icons on the app menu, instead of blur it seems it is actually several sillhouettes of the icon displaced radially, and if you keep on the icon long enough they take a little while to come back to center (with a little bit of practice you can make all the icons on the screen have their outlines gradually recentering)



There are probably some other changes resulting in using my values but those 3 are the ones that standout IMO. I dunno if there is any risk in using the values like that, use it at your own risk, i take no responsibility for what may happen.

So do you want help to get original transitions back or you're just warning us not us use your settings?

I'm sharing my transitions.ini 'cause i liked the effects i found and thought others might too; but since i used negative numbers and some values much bigger than the default, i imagine it might be possible that using my transitions could negativelly impact your experience or even your data and/or hardware.
