Sorry I can't narrow it any further than that.
Sorry to take so long in getting back to you. I went through several days worth of data (1/10?) and didn't see anything that stood out

Oh, phooey. It happens consistently, I can't make TOR calls out when my wifi connection drops outa and I have to use 3G.

I'll delete my tor log (again) and see if I can replicate it when I call out later tonight.

If you don't see anything after that, I guess we call it a wash. Probably some other package conflicting or some bad setting on my part.

Maybe I'm getting people mixed up but I thought you said it goes away with a reboot? If so I'll try to get a new package out tonight that re-arranges the call process to avoid this.

No, sorry, I should have been more clear in my post.

I have an intermittent issue with not being able to call out and have it call back on my TMobile cellular number (TOR is "too slow"). That may be what you're thinking of. A reboot as such doesn't solve it but it comes and goes and I reboot often enough that it probably helps. That one will probably be fixed by a code push you're going to do involving how TOR deals with error messages.

The second issue (the one I'm sending logs for) is that when I try to call out using 3G (instead of wifi) I can't call out using TOR. I get an error message that I need an internet connection. I do definately have working internet during those times (pandora will stream, etc). I am driving around when this one happens, but no matter how many times I call out on 3G, it will only work when I find another wifi spot.

Just thought I'd drop in and mention that there is ddown has figured out how to get some of the programs like TOR that use IPv4 to work with an IPv6 only connection. See this link or starting here in the IPv6 test thead.

Currently TOR is now working over an IPv6 only connection.

I just pushed 0.8.22 to the auto-builder. This changes the call behavior to try and remove this problem. It also happens to change contacts in a way I expect to speed up their download. I have some further improvements i can make on that one.

If you can get this with a clean log file, could you also attempt these calls while tracing dbus? I'm wondering if that error is coming from another source.

I am unable to update both TOR and DialCentral for some reason. The app manager just says unable to update <application>
I'm also unable to update pidgin as well, with the same error...

Maemo 4.1 or Maemo 5? If Maemo 5, which firmware? What repositories or catalogs do you have enabled (extras, extras-testing, extras-devel, etc)?

Maemo 5.
The updates download fine so the categories should be correct...
I have extras, extras-devel, and extras-testing (along with Nokia stuff)

Unable to login. Says there's something wrong with my username or password. Any ideas? I've double- and triple-checked it.
