All these extra oc apps are unnecessary. You just need the latest kernel from Titan. The problem reports you are seeing were just from a temporary glitch.
Titan kernel overclocking is very simple. Just scan the Wiki docs, especially the Jakiman doc.
There is a lot of misinformation posted outside the wiki. Trust Titan and Jakiman and be careful with others.
