swappolube and transmission is bad. swappolube alone is bad. transmission alone is bad. You may want to try ctorrent+flashlite.
Correct me if I'm wrong!

every time I run transmission it turns my whole internal memory into read-only, does anyone have the same problem ?

I repartitioned emmc so I have ~8GB ext3 for other things and rtorrent and didn't find a problem so far.

If you have a big problem with this, why not download via pc and transfer with usb? That would be faster, anyway.
I didn't use any speciak settings, just clicked and it eventually downloaded. I've done it more than one way.
All I want is 40 acres, a mule, and Xterm.
