Could it be possible to have a playlist of music videos playing on the desktop in a scalable window on the desktop of the n900???
if so, where would someone begin to invent it?
i think it would be really useful
aw and it would also play mp3 maybe
like a windowe mode vlc media player!!!

I would be able to make that in QML. Will be back in some time.

Was thinking of asking for something similar. Very much like the "Desktop Photo Applet".
I know we can Ctrl+Backspace to minimize a video while it's playing but it doesn't resize the actual image.

Would be an awesome addition.

Ok, so far, I see some limitations. Desktop widgets can not be resized in QML, because they're created in a fixed size, and can't resize afterwards unless it's made a button for it, but still it'd be fixed.

What I make will be able to play both audio and video, so no worries about that one.

Ok, after some consideration, video won't be possible with QML. There is a problem with the Video-element, so.
But i did make a freakin' nice GUI for the audio-player! It's got smokin' hot QML-effects for sure!
QML is sent from heaven...
