Well i have an helicopter, but to you normal people, because i have a great heart, is why i want that app.

When you stuck in traffic, with our beloved N900 multitasking, you can drive and play some music (with fm transmitter) and play some blubbels write something nice to the right or left car with big word or banner.

With some custom hardware and two N900, depending on the car model, it shouldn't be too hard to make a car remote with N900s.


Though, i imagine the car mileage (sp?) might drop noticeably when keeping a N900 charged and powered up 24/7.....

Why 2 N900s? Maybe with a remote control created with qtirreco and installing a infrared port in the car could work.

Or maybe creating some kind of media player with the car stereo via bluetooth.

Easy app, lend me your N900, quick snap of your dash, then I'll hide in your ride and pretend to open your doors/windows/etc... small cost, I may drive off in your ride

Ok, but if you can start engine, open windows, etc with the car alarm remote control, if i not wrong use a infrared signal, just need to put the infrared, conected to the car system and then the app of the N900.

That's teorically speaking.

Someone should do an app to put on/off the car alarm or open/close security house gates (well for that you need the key of the car alarm remote).

Having two N900 would would be able to use more secure communication means, have two ways communication (like for driving and seeing where you're going, checking if it is still parked where you left it, spy on the nearby noises and then talk with the burglar thru the car speakers reponding in realtime proving it's not just a recoring etc) and so on.

Hey that's easy.

1) Choose a homescreen and removed all icons on it
2) Make a video as such (or simple download that video which you said magic)
3) Install live-wallpaper
4) In setting, choose video, plug that video on it.

There you are.
