I have recently installed Nitdroid 0.0.9 and there is no option in multiboot. I also have kernel power46 installed using this thread http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=68018.
I think it have all kernel power packages but when I turn on my phone it gives only two options in multiboot, stock kernel and kernel power but no nitdroid option. I have installed it in internal memory.

Someone please help me out?
