Meizu is still around, they just released the Android based M9 like a few weeks ago.

I also never said Python was more popular? Not sure where you're getting your info from. Either way, it doesn't matter. This thread should be about N9 news.

I was talking in generic terms. Where did I say Python? Trust me... I didn't.

Anyway, I'm pointing out how people are always talking about how one tech is supposed to be better than another; when honestly historically the mediocre has been the winner and genius or "better" has not.

It's way beyond Python, Java, Qt, Microsoft .NET; it's almost true for all things gadgets and computing.

Camera Pixels: HD camera
< 8MPx, as on picture? Or it is a lie, just like Nokia?

For frequency: 900/1800MHZ
< Why ambiguous? Dual core?

Network standard: GSM
< No 3G?

No mention of USB. But the photograph says there is one.

It has a gyroscope perhaps, or at least one of the two we see being worked on.

http://meego.gitorious.com/meego-mid...yroscopesensor

too bad its not Invensense's 6 axis unit the Wistron guys are working on,
the mpu3050/6000 Gyroscope.
which sounds really nice, but:

because they were trying to fudge a bunch of things into the kernel,
not playing by the gpl rules amongst other things.

The absolute lack of real Nokia N9 information is tiring.
