/lib/modules is kernel modules, fring doesn't have to do with the kernel.

pr1.2 consists of what? what makes pr1.2 different than pr1.3?
fring is messed up in my view because of pr1.3's pulseaudio driver.
I mean, Fring works on pr1.3 but you cant voice call anymore! but on 1.2 is darn fine!!call anyone they would hear you and you hear them clear as glass!
so ideas?

You can't. The fact that Fring is closed source means they will have to fix that. Have you reported the bug to them? Have you created a bug here either?
And I hate to ask, but I take it that English isn't your first language. That might account for some of the perceived tone in your posts.
