Looks like it won't recognize Chinese Characters or any other non english, because when I changed name to numbers only, it works fine.
Funny.. I just solved the problem seconds before i read your post
I changed the books title to english and it worked Tanks again for a great app!!

i love nqaap, but i miss a time display. It would be nice to know how long a chapter is and how far you've heard the chapter.
panucci has this feature.
dont know if anybody else mentioned this before, but it would be great if you can implement this!

Hey, it's totally working fine after the new update, thanks a lot!!!
I attached a patch to Bug 11799. Using this patch it works here.
By the way: Since you are the new maintainer Ed, it would be better, if the bug reports for nqaap had you as default Assignee.
And last but not least: Thanks for keeping this nice app up-to-date.

I've applied a modified version of your patch. Seeing the original bug report I got some sample text to use and confirmed on my desktop system that this seems to fix it. I think that for best results, my previous change is also needed. I've also made sure to keep unicode information when copy-pasting the log.
