Thank you soooo much, hopefully I can figure it out? Seems I may just be opening another can of worms. Every time I mess with it, need to be repaired. All of which I can not do.

Not sure what you mean by "master reset", meaning you want to reset settings of all your applications then it is easy. If you mean formatting and putting the OS again then it is difficult.
If you just want to reset your applications just go to settings and click on clear device (by clicking the settings title bar). This will clear all your settings. All applications you have installed will remain though.
It is too high tech for me, so I am selling it. Any help greatly appreciated.
