Hi, I apologize in advance for the bad English but I am Italian.

Some months ago, I was trying to install new applications and catalogues on my N900. I don't know how, but I deleted the default catalogues (those are on the phone when you buy it), I tried to install them manually again but it doesn't run!
And I can't refresh the management applications..

How can I do?
Thanks..

I don't know, but you might want to look at someone who's got a similar problem over here:

Oh, wait. that's you.
Double posting won't get you help double fast, you know.

Why don't you tell us the setting you input when you tried to re-create the entries for the default application catalogs so we can verify that you input the correct values?

"/etc/apt/sources.list.d/hildon-application-manager.list"

That's the one you are replacing manually. I ask because in Debian linux from where the apt systems comes, normally uses /etc/apt/sources.list

And a gentle comnent: best not to start 2 separate but identical threads.

Sorry for the second post, but I thinked that was the wrong section and I didn't know how to delete this message.. So I re-posted without delete this message!

Handaxe, do I have to insert the code in X-terminal?
If yes, X-terminal denied me the permission..
