Wojtek PL: it's normal, when this message appear emulator prepare dynamic recompiler to work ;-) ari64 is nickname of author of recompiler ( it's used in muphen64 port too )

one thing i've noticed, is the gles version of psx4m is very bad at video playback, whereas the non gl version plays video fine. any way of incorporating that video playback method into the gl version?

Tedri Mark: it'll be very difficult to mixup gles and soft rendering, i'll write this to one of way to optimize list

i'm not responsible on hangs of pcsx core (i just make maemo adaptation from pandora) so you should contact with Notaz (http://www.gp32x.com/board/index.php?/user/5419-notaz/) or just wait when it will be fixed

d-iivil: i had uploaded unstripped version to repos; check when it will be builded ( contact via ico\xmpp to fast resolving problem is possible? )

d-iivil: i have opinion that you copy of bios is damaged, can you try another dump of bios ?

Will try, but so far I've only found bioses that are 100 percent match in size with the one I'm using. And it works with Tekken 1. Tekken 2 also runs but with massive graphic errors.
