It should work, but it's a little convoluted to set up (disclaimer: I never tried it, but I plan to, somewhere in the future).

Could I get an adapter like this, plug in a USB keyboard and have it work? This would be much cheaper than a Bluetooth Keyboard. I would be fine with only being able to use it while charging.
