Btw Eldar said on his twitter that Friday will be about OVI and they are adopting some Mirosoft services and most importantly he says that change of OS is a absurd idea.
Not going to bother to link it from my phone, but you can find it from his twitter(eldarmurtazin).

I assume you can confirm if the memo is a fake or not?

Given Elop's comments only last week I do find it hard to accept he would now become so negative about Nokia's future?

With the potential for Alien D, an itunes & Microsoft Office link up it seems the "ecosystem" is already grwoing without the ned to change OS?

Well if it's a internal memo that's a bit different than CEO in front of a media, it's another story would somebody actually expect that this would not get leaked or is the memo even real(sorry BBC saying it'a true out of nowhere means nothing to me).

Anyways it's only 2 days before CMD and i sure am not expecting any OS changes. I'm more interested at seeing MeeGo devices hopefully this month.

okey maybe not just 10 but you cannot say the guys working with N900 was enough, can u?

My point was that the people behind N900 were far less than it should be and thats why it has some drawbacks in camera and phonestack as some examples.

I Still like my N900 but it would'nt hurt if Nokia had more engineers working on it and nextgen Meego (if we will see it....)

I mean if it really is the case that N9 was dished cause the HW was way too old? Why is it? Maybe because it should have been released 2010? With more engineers working with it maybe it had been released 2010 as it was planned. Now its too late in were back at start...

Please, Nokia, don't drop MeeGo! I don't care if you branch out to other platforms, just don't drop the one platform that I actually want to buy!

Here's the link to the webcast on Friday

http://www.nokia.com/press

Which as now become an almost unmissable event due to today's developments, I wonder if Elop playing Jobs at his own media hungry game, if so, he is doing a fantastic job.

I can see whatever he annouces on Friday will be warmly accepted by Nokia's shareholder as there is so much negativity around Nokia's future at the moment. Which no doubt Elop will convinently distance himself from on Friday.
