I don't think you can get something like picasa on your n900 currently. The default Image explorer really needs improvement and many issues are being reported by users. I once used the application "nokia photo browser". It is good, but i think it's not available for n900.

Well, I have been searching and downloading some image viewers for n900, because I really don't liked the default "Photo" application, which scramble all my pictures, without organizing them, and because it need to refresh all pictures every time I launch it too. So I gave downloaded Quiver Image Viewer. This one is quite decent, but disappointing.
There's any software like Picasa from google? I'd like to organize my pictures by categories, see image thumbnails faster, open and pan in fullscreen larger images.
