I've seen this, what I have found is that if you "add links to media library" from within your browser(perhaps a MicroB issue?) this happens(named wrong), but if you click the link to play the url, it loads in media player then once it plays you can hold the stylus down on one of the streams(if there are more than 1 listed) and add to library there it seems to work fine...
I've been meaning to report this as a bug on maemo.org

For those who use (or might want to use) internet radio...
First, can any OS2008 user tell me which stations are preprogrammed into the new OS?
Second (and this is for everyone), I'd love to hear what types of stations you might want, and how you might prefer to access them (presets, nested menus, cranial scans, etc). I'll be working on making this a better experience for everyone, and want to hit the ground running when my N810 arrives. Any feedback/suggestions would be great, but please keep the "internet radio sucks" comments to a minimum (or at least make them funny).
