In Skype and other Conversations stuff, instead of the hildonized way, with kinectic scrolling and a feedback-only scrollbar it is always in text select mode with a gray Windows like scrollbar on the right side, and it's even worse, on top of that, if the person i'm talking with sends a msg while the window is already open, the window scrolls up a lot instead of scrolling down to keep up with the new msgs. What caused this and how can i fix it?

Did you perhaps manage to start the application as root?

I'm starting it with the default icon shortcut or from the Contacts prog, or even not at all, lettin it pop by itself when someone msgs me.

What would starting as root or not change exactly?

Bump. I got it also. Trying to figure out how-to get-things-back gave no result. Removing /home/user/.mozilla/rtcom-messaging-ui/ also results in nothing. Maybe it's related to installed addons?
