try
apt-get remove libwrt-api1
or it maybe (l and 1 look same in terminal)
apt-get remove libwrt-apil

i have tried what you said but it wont work
x-term wont let me remove anything because of the "unmet dependencies" error.
could it be anything else??

Have you run "apt-get -f install" as it suggests?
