How would we know if you missed a step. Logic suggests you repeat the process and see if the result is the same.

Sigh - the forums recently have gotten full of people who post a Question and then 5 minutes later bump the damn thing when noone instantly jumps to help them.

Well I think you're being a little unfair. I first posted this question a couple of days ago and I would say it was fair to assume no one has seen my question since no one answered by now. That is why I "bumped the damn thing" - as you said.

I also think you underestimate my logic. Why would you assume I posted the quesition without priorly checking the steps? I couldn't find an answer to my problem and I thought I could seek help here.

I tried using all three versions (black, silver and white) and none of them were smooth at the edges. I am using the latest version of Queen Beecon.

I don't know much about qbw, but my clock is different. All my digits are separate if you look at mine. Yours are grouped in hours and in minutes which would require a lot more png's. You may have yours set up different to me. But I would try another set of digits and see what happens.

Well, I reset the widget to it's initial shape and size and the edges are smooth. But it seems that, if you pass the 20% scale, the margins are not rounded anymore.

I'm at 25% now and that seems to be the problem.

The digits are like that because I set them that way. I could also separate them, but I like it more like this.

Anyway, the real question is, why are the edges like this when you set the scale to 25% or larger?

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm not sure I understand it right. Do you mean changing this QBW property in each Flip Clock widget ? Do you mean a permanent change, or just once to get it going again, then revert ?

I can't test it myself right now because the freeze hasn't happened again since my first post, but I guess I'll find out next time :-)

Forgive me, because I do not know what you have tried and what you haven't. I did think that you meant the hours and minutes to be together. Um, so when you change the scale to 25 percent and larger, have you also changed the width and height of the widget to compensate for the bigger scale. Also, the reason I suggested trying a different set of png's, was to see if it maybe the edges being chopped off, was something to do with the png's themselves, as opposed to the widget settings. (Probably not, but worth a quick try anyway ). Just trying to give you some ideas really. If none of this works, I'm all out. Sorry.
