I had the CSSU features installed but then installed Maemodder and now my menu doesn't auto rotate, is there a way to correct this?

Code:
root
apt-get purge maemodder
apt-get install --reinstall modified-hildon-desktop
Don't install maemodder.

One more thing Switch, is there a known to stop wifi switcher turning off everytime you reboot without having maemodder on?

Not sure I get you mate. Do you mean switching WiFi on or off, and under what circumstances?

when I restart the n900 wifi switcher always has to be reactivated, I just wondered if there was a way to so that it was always active even if the phone is rebooted?

Be honest with you mate I haven't got a clue, I don't use it myself and know nothing about how the package operates, or even what it does. You could look into creating a startup script (which is what maemodder would have done). Sorry, can't help with that one.

On a different note, I have Maemodder installed (just noticed now) and the CSSU so you might want to reinstall maemodder - run the following in Terminal:

Code:
sudo gainroot
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
apt-get install maemodder
reboot
Then, once reboot is complete run, again as root

Code:
apt-get install --reinstall hildon-home
reboot
This (hopefully) will solve your problems with maemodder and CSSU conflicts - meaning you can have your WiFi switcher running as per the shell script in maemodder.

I'm having a stinker. When I try to access the CSSU configuration, it says it is not installed.
