people I need help I just cant download any apps for the app manger its gives me err " operation failed""there r no catalogs in use " plezzzzzzzzzzz any help???

run "application manager"
from the menu up select "application catalogs"
make sure the cataloges you want are enabled ( remove the checkbox next to disabled )

kingofsorrow thanks man but im not that stupid I already did that nothing happed its stall the same problem , I need help man

This happened suddenly? Did you install or do something that might trigger this kind of behaviour?

Have you rebooted your device?
