open filebox, click on settings from the icons on the right.. tick root enabledl close filebox, open it again. its is home/user/MyDocs.. go where to saved your file. keep it pressed on the file. copy should pop up.
use the arrow on the top to go back to root.. go tousr\share/themes .. use the icons on the right hand side, i think its the second one from the top to paste it

Which theme did you download fella? Was it the Awoken theme from @AlMehdi?
