Has anyone dealt with this company?

I have bought from them on a few occasions and the results were fine (with great pricing). Only thing to consider is that it looks like they are drop-shipping the N810 and do have it as a "non-refundable" item if that matters.

Depends what is meant by non refundable. IE I am assuming I can still return to Nokia if it has issues. I am more worried about how long it will take to arrive. If I am going to have to wait a few weeks for nokia to ship Ill pay the $469 at amazon.

Well my experience was good, but Provantage has a 7.6 rating at Reseller Ratings. ShopBLT has a good price also and a much higher rating (with less votes though).

Hmm I think I will wait until the 30th and see if they have any left.

2500 coming in 977 back ordered.

But I am happier to buy from them at least you have a clear idea what when and why.

Thanks.

Well I think ShopBLT is just a VAR and is probably pulling the reatime inventory from the distributer they use. (Techdata, Ingram, ??) So that's likely a total from a variety of resellers. My guess of course

looks like a good price. but as a developer in europe(yes, one of the 900 who did not get a deep discount from nok) :-( only available to the us.
and at the nokiausa.com site yet stated as out of stock. ... will that mean the same as with the 770 will happen. They are in time, before christmas . do not say they didn't expect it 2b a smashing hit.
still waiting for the europe price. expansys has a GBP price on their uk site

I go with them pretty often for both business and personal purchases. While their prices aren't always the best, they beat others frequently enough (and when they do, often by a large enough margin) that they're on my short list of places to check before making a purchase.

Do watch the shipping charges though. Usually they're reasonable, but every once and a while the charge will be strangely high for a small, lightweight item. That can be a deal killer.

On the other hand, I'll often receive items from them the day after ordering, even with cheap-o ground shipping. Of course, depending upon where you live, that may not be happen for you.

The only customer service problem I've had with them was relatively minor and related to a purchase order for several ATTO Celerity cards. During the time my P.O. sat in limbo in my employer's purchasing department, ATTO changed the part number of one of the cards by one digit. (I suspect to reflect an updated driver CD, as everything else stayed the same.) Provatage wouldn't just change that line of the P.O. to the "new" ATTO card, so I had to submit a new P.O. The world didn't end, but it delayed the setup of my SAN and was mildly annoying.
