Yes the theme includes an iphone icon pack, if you check the first post, the link to the icon pack is posted there along with the theme and other links.

same goes here, it looks brilliant but i'm not ready to reflash again after my previous adventures lol
So you can use the theme and icon pack and the boot screen without any danger to your device at all, even if you make a mistake when copying, it won't harm your device.
As for the Osso file, make a backup of original, then paste the new 1 in. It will work flawlessly. If you make a mistake, paste the original back in and all problems will be eliminated in seconds. I have personally reproduced this mistake on my device to test it and can assure you that you will not need a reflash.
