last apt i install was "leafpad"
Could be the problem?????

I Uninstall it [leafpad] but still the problem....

leafpad wont affect your LED and "led patterns" wont default anything unless you previously edited the led patterns. try editing the patterns in "led patterns" maybe your mce.ini file is the problem.

You can fix the LED by removing the battery from your phone for a minute or two then putting the battery back in and restarting your phone.

There was also a problem where FCAM messed up the LED pattern a while back, I'm not sure if it was ever fixed.
