Oops- Anybody help please?..............

What can you do if, when you get to this bit:

cd /
mount /home /and
rm -rf /and/*

and it says it cannot delete this directory and that directory because it is full. THEN when you look and see loads of directories have been deleted.
I have my fingers crossed someone will say there is a hidden trash folder or something, or a command to 'paste' the last stuff removed.

I have a backup of my whole MyDocs I made in January I can just transfer back across, but it might be hard to tell what's gone.

EDIT: Managed to find a rootfs and optfs backup I also made in January- still intact (Phew). I wont go for that method yet though incase someone has the brains to help me out without resorting to losing 3 months worth of (probably useless) stuff

very funny. Yes instructions were read copy/pate was used. and a pistol was on hand for safety. Lucky I managed to restore the backup and am 90% back to normal.Just need to restore what programs I can think are missing and figure out why some of the apps (seems to be the pre-installed ones) have funny names. e.g instead of showing time it says wdgt_va_24h_time. Think it is to do with either he cssu or theme customiser needing uninstalled then re-installed.

So, anyway WHY is there a deliberate instruction to REMOVE /and straight after mounting it to /home?
I did it while walking home from work and failed to spot it. just pasted it right on in there.

This is the first time i have installed nitdroid and i have never used an android phone so my questions may be dumb!
Could someone tell me how i go back to the menu of the guardian after reading a page from its app? all i am able to do is close it and reopen it to start again. And how do i delete apps i have installed from the market plz?

worked out how to delete apps...Doh!

I am also having wifi constantly changing over to scaning which i resolve by stoping wifi and then starting it again in the settings(i have wep encryption)

Is anyone else having this issue?

Just read what you said Optimaxx, so decided to try it out myself. Using Skype, I called my N900 running Vostok and I can confirm what you said: I can hear myself talking in Skype, but not on my phone.

Conclusions:
1.) Phone+Mic functionality fixed, but Phone+Speaker functionality broken?
2.) e-yes is awesome.

Just installed setcpu and N11 runs like a charm! Love my N900, love NITDroid!
