In qole's defense, he had previously purchased a larger coffee on the way in that morning and had only just finished that one when he went out to buy the pictured coffee and breakfast. Also, after eating this breakfast, qole returned to OSiM, where there was...free coffee.

That was just a warm up though. Do ask qole about his experience with Red Bull.

agreed with grog, as well. ..just wasn't going to mention it because I didn't want to totally berate his breakfast choice as sub-par. sausage over bacon, any day.

I'm not sure sausage was available. That was the "Big Bacon and Egg Breakfast". Yes, in English. It was the largest thing on the menu. And it came with that coffee, there was no choice of size.

There were frustratingly few breakfast choices available in Berlin before 8 am. And anywhere that did serve breakfast was charging 6E or more.

I seemed to be always hungry in Germany. I actually lost a bit of weight over there. Maybe because I always seemed to walk for a half hour before actually eating anything.

And yes, the Red Bull incident was fascinating. My hands were... you know... vibrating.

I've been nervous to allow my own genetics projects to watch my tablet. I tried it once when the test 1 was about 2 years old & I couldn't pull it out in his presence after that without him screaming for it. Test 2 is now almost 1.5 years & she hasn't been exposed to it yet.

Yes, a real risk... fortunately
1) I'm stronger then them (so far)
2) eventually they touch a button and put mplayer into that unviewable mode and need to voluntarily hand it back to a bigger monkey for resetting. That gets them used to relinquishing. That and intentionally setting the volume too low so that it's not quite as satisfying.

if all else fails, just remember...
3) It's better for their teeth than a chocolate bar... so you might as well eat the chocolate while they watch the movie.

I keep catching jacob randomly running through my sketches.
Little git finds his name and keeps editing and writing over it.
very cute of course and immensely proud that my software is usable by a 6 year old hacker
