Normally, yes. On the odd occasion DBus might fail to deliver the message.

OK, so no core dump, doesn't happen when you run it in gdb, doesn't happen when I run using your configuration file. Curse that Dr Heisenberg.

One last thing. Run an xterm from Personal Menu, type "set > env.txt" and send me a copy of env.txt - if that doesn't give me any clues we will have to arrange a time for a live debugging session.

I just had to reflash my device, and when I did so, all my calendar events were gone. No big deal, as I didn't have very many entered, but I was wondering where the data is kept, so it can be backed up properly before the reflash.

Yes, I did a backup / restore...

even better, future installs should include a config file for osso-backup, so that seqetary is included when using the backup system...

Great application! My only problem is that I can't use it because I have a lot of events scheduled in the future that I don't want to transfer everything by hand.
Is there an import feature? will there be one? so I can import vCal format or something like that?
I think that, along those lines, the google calendar sync is very important not only because a lot of us have our events there, but also as a periodic backup.

I'm looking forward to one or both of those facilities. Thanks for all the work you've put into this trollo.

hmm, closing a alarm dialog (esc) do not dismiss the alarm, and i find no way to bring the alarm dialog back to do it correctly...

interestingly, the "dismissed" alarm seems to rather have become snoozed for a week, as it went of again today...
