United States users are few and far in between it seems.
Then again, we might just all be too "ignorant..."
I would be strongly against a meeting inside the US. It would just be too much effort, and even if we did, there'd be a mob outside of the place throwing tomatoes and yelling "NERDS! NERDS!..."
I'd agree that either London or somewhere in Canada would be a good place.
