I used your widget for quite some time, and it improved very well.
But since the new 1.2 update i can't seem to find connect now on any of the repositories..

Just to let you guys know that it's in Extras-Devel. Just installed it from there.

Hello. I installed this widget in PR1.2. After the installation all widgets on my desktop disappeared and I can not connect via the connect-button in the system menu. After uninstalling the app, the connection-error is still there: if I click on the connect-button in the system menu, a window "choose connection" appears with the note "no connection available". How can I repair that?

Sorry for that. In the next days I will make a new version with some
bug fixes.

Have you tried to reboot.

Thank you for your quick reply. Yes I tried to reboot several times. I reinstalled the widget. For this I activated the auto-connect-feature for WiFi, because I don't know how to set up a connection without the button in the system menu. After a second reboot, the connection window appears and the n900 searchs for available connections, but can not find any. It is curious because nor UMTS/GPRS either my dummy-connection is available.

This is strange. Can you uninstall the widget, reboot and there
still no connections.
And can you see any stored connections in settings
(settings, internetconnection).

Hi uploaded a new version (0.9).
- fixed some bugs with icon loading
- changed the iconchooser dialog
- made it less sensitive for tap events,
so it doesn't switch connections while you swipe the desktop.

Yes, that's right: I can see any stored connection and create new connections in the settings. I also can choose these connections in your widget. But the system dialog to change a connection seems to be broken, even after uninstalling your widget.

I reinstalled the icd2-daemon by invoking:
apt-get --reinstall install icd2 icd2-settings-default icd2-network-wlan-config
without any changes.
