Upgrade your Nokia N900 to enter Ovi Store - Updating is a breeze:
- Go to application manager on your N900
- Tap Update
- Tap to select maemo 5 from the list
The software will take it from there. After the update toy can visit OVI Store straight away.

Hey NoobMonkey - Thanks! - You are a star!
I reflashed for the 2nd time and still the problem existed. I then only installed the "Hide User Agent" application, then went into settings, tapped into it, and discovered it was running a "Customized User Agent"... So I removed it, and my OVI Store is working like a charm.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Of course, I got no software on my device now, and need to restore it all again, but at least I know it's working.

FBReader seems old (pre-1.1) and may depend on packages not in 1.2.
Documents to go shopuld have been updated with 1.2 and you should have an installer in the menu or something similar, if memory serves.
Anyway, check the details for the installation and see what packages are missing, and post back.

OT: I just logged on to OVi via PC. Do they SELL ME old cartoons to get via the air? Is Nokia so desperate for content that they SELL 1967 cartoon? D these people know Youtube works on the device? I'm not even going to mention torrent clients. Cash for a hand drawing representing a little girl?
N900 dead and Nokia no longer replaces them. Thanks for all the fish.
