You are basically asking : "How do I get software illegally and modify it for my needs?"
If you live in Israel, I suggest you buy a phone that runs waze, it will fulfill most if not all your GPS needs.

Well, you can get Sygic from the Ovi Store (even the demo app) and the Israeli maps are available from Sygic Maps for other platforms that had Israel released for them.

Thanks for the reply.
I tried Ovi but no maps for Israel are available. Is Sygic available at Ovi? And if so, Sygic is needed for Hebrew virtual keyboard?

I tried to replace the skin file on my C7 but it still doesn't change to heb keyboard. I'm really frustrated... Any suggestion?
